You will deliver core client programs that include focus on paid search, social media, and programmatic to linear TV advertising, and work closely with clients to continually optimize performance and drive growth.

What We Get

  • Minimum University degree in Business or college equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years advanced Media campaign management experience. Comfortable with both digital media (paid search, Pmax, video, paid social, programmatic, etc.) and offline advertising (TV, radio, OOH, etc.) though digital is the priority
  • Experience creating and leading enterprise integrated digital media campaigns, strategies and tactics
  • 5+ years team leadership experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • A growth mindset for expanding campaigns and opportunities within the client base
  • Eager to understand, test and implement new media methodologies with a focus on improving service offerings
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate interpretation of data
  • Proven record of working on multiple time-sensitive projects on schedule
  • A curiosity about the evolving media landscape, including the intelligent application of AI within it

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with account service teams to consistently exceed client expectations
  • Serve as the client-facing media authority on key programs
  • Monitor and manage multiple client programs as they relate to program goals and objectives
  • Facilitate the creation of integrated media programs for DAC clients and client prospects
  • Work with subject matter teams to create, execute, and report on cross-channel media engagements
  • Represent integrated media approach and rationale to internal and external audiences
  • Document agency "Point of View" for campaigns and media opportunities
  • Oversee the development of junior level media team members
  • Track and conduct periodic check-ins with employees to ensure consistency in training and development across the broader media team
  • Communicate on an ongoing basis with media team members and conduct weekly status sessions to provide support where required
  • Work collaboratively with media team members to oversee and improve internal processes to provide high-quality service for clients
  • Facilitate effective resource management across your team and book of business
  • Track, measure, and report on media program health
  • Work with PMO to regularly report on project health, resourcing issues, and staffing plans
  • Communicate progress and program updates to leadership
  • Attend and actively participate in client and new business meetings as Media subject matter expert
  • Develop documents and presentations in a client-friendly format
  • Communicate project status and campaign performance to agency executives and account teams, and be skilled at client communication
  • Present research, insights, campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Handle escalations of client issues and communicate accordingly with office stakeholders
  • Provide strategic leadership in development of programs to meet campaign objectives across SEM, programmatic, paid social, CTV/TV, audio/radio, DOOH/OOH and other channels
  • Lead team activities for campaign planning, keyword research, media vendor selection and budget management for enterprise campaigns
  • Identify and implement efficiencies, including AI, automation, and new processes
  • Understand, vet and recommend new betas and ad offerings to improve service offering
