Job Description: The communication specialist role is for a senior expert focused on writing and packaging messages within the Change and Com team. This resource will draft and package content by taking various messages and elements, combining them, and ensuring they are well-positioned, coherent, and make business sense for leaders and stakeholders. He/ she will also produce tactical communication materials like memos. The specialist will collaborate with global team members in Singapore and Melbourne. The role requires alignment with local working hours due to the distributed team.
Ideal Candidate: Possesses senior expertise in communication, an ability to interface and interact with various stakeholders, and an understanding of change management principles.
Skills and qualification:
- Must be seasoned in communications, at a senior or manager level.
- Ability to write and package a variety of messages coherently.
- Experience with change and communications teams; strong basics in change management is a plus.
