Description du poste

BettingJobs is seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead player acquisition and retention for a fast-growing iGaming company based in Montreal. This role focuses on driving scalable and profitable growth across the full player lifecycle - from first touch to long-term loyalty - through multi-channel campaigns, creative testing, and data-driven optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize player acquisition and retention campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, influencer marketing, affiliates, sponsorships, CRM, and lifecycle marketing channels.
  • Design and manage A/B testing programs to improve ad performance, conversion rates, onboarding flows, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Own acquisition and retention budget management, ensuring optimal CAC-to-LTV ratios and long-term player profitability.
  • Partner with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, conversion-focused landing pages, and retention-focused messaging (email, push, in-app, promotions).
  • Analyze and report on acquisition, engagement, and retention performance, delivering actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Identify and test new channels, lifecycle strategies, and partnerships to expand reach, improve retention, and increase player lifetime value.
  • Monitor competitor acquisition and retention strategies, promotional activity, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in growth marketing, user acquisition and retention, or performance marketing within the gaming/iGaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience managing acquisition and lifecycle marketing budgets with a focus on profitability and LTV growth.
  • Strategic, creative problem-solver with the ability to execute tactically across the full marketing funnel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor, partner, and cross-functional collaboration.
