Marketing Manager Programs & Market Intelligence

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager Programs & Market Intelligence to lead loyalty programs B2B customer promotions and market intelligence initiatives that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and commercial performance.

In this role, you will design and execute high-impact programs while transforming complex market data into clear actionable insights. You will play a key role in shaping how we communicate value to our B2B customers through compelling messaging, written content, and customer-facing materials.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you will ensure programs and communications are aligned, innovative, and effective - delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of loyalty programs and B2B customer promotions
  • Develop clear, persuasive B2B communications including promotional messaging, program materials, and customer-facing content
  • Translate market data trends and insights into actionable recommendations that support commercial decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure programs are aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor program performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring strong program management, attention to detail, and on-time delivery
  • Continuously improve programs and communications based on customer feedback, performance data, and market insights

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) - required
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, loyalty programs, promotions, or program management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, compelling stories
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a strong understanding of customer-centric messaging
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
