Marketing Specialist – Coral

Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist is a high‑impact executional role responsible for bringing Coral’s growth, lifecycle, and performance marketing programs to life. You will support our Performance Marketing and Marketing Ops & Analytics pillars, ensuring campaigns, systems, and channels run efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media (SEM, paid social, SEO support).
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Maintain email marketing flows (D2C and B2B2C) and deploy biweekly newsletters.
- Support third‑party and referral channels as part of Coral’s growth strategy.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
- Support automation, tracking, and attribution across tools (GA4, GTM, Meta, Mailchimp, Zapier, etc.).
- Ensure data cleanliness, tagging consistency, and automation across the marketing stack.
- Conduct channel performance analysis and support post‑mortems.
- Collaborate with the Content Strategist, Product Marketing, and B2B Marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners for paid media, digital marketing, and analytics support.
Success Metrics
- 30 Days: Fully onboarded into Coral’s tools, systems, and marketing stack; confidently executing newsletters, email campaigns, and basic reporting.
- 90 Days: Marketing campaigns running smoothly; dashboards accurate and used in decision‑making; email and website performance improving month over month.
- 6 Months: Growth and lifecycle systems more efficient; proactive identification of performance, automation, and reporting improvements; marketing decisions increasingly data‑driven.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French (no exceptions).
- ~2 years of experience in D2C marketing operations, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
- Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms, analytics, and reporting.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience supporting paid media, SEO, AEO, or lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mentality.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, wellness, or regulated industry experience.
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Early‑stage or fast‑growing startup experience.
- Exposure to B2B or B2B2C lifecycle marketing.
