Position Summary
We are seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to build expertise in digital performance marketing. The role involves campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta. Strong Excel skills, a passion for data‑driven marketing, and a hunger for growth in a fast‑paced agency environment are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Become an expert in paid media, focusing primarily on paid search but also covering paid social, programmatic, and offline media such as TV and out‑of‑home.
- Build, launch, optimize, and maintain paid search and display campaigns via Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
- Produce weekly / monthly reports covering all paid media channels and performance data.
- Conduct keyword, placement, and performance research to add new and refine existing campaigns.
- Perform quality assurance on campaign setup and post‑campaign launch.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with internal and external partners.
- Provide ongoing analysis, monitor campaigns, and proactively improve them based on client business needs.
- Test search ad copy and ads per best practices to drive performance improvements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Completion of Google certifications (required within the first three months).
- Experience with bulk uploads or using Google Ads Editor.
- Ability to build basic campaign structures.
- Ability to pull reports and provide high‑level insights and observations on campaign performance.
- Proficiency with Excel: VLookups, pivot tables, charts, and data download.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.

How We Work
This role requires three in‑office days per week. Remote work is not available for this position.
