We are looking for a Content & UX Specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation, optimization, and management of digital content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a passion for user experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver effective content to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Management: Oversee content creation, maintenance, and depublication. Manage content libraries for easy access and efficiency.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to deliver content via the best channels (e.g., newsletters). Co‑develop brand voice and tone guidelines.
- User Research & UX: Conduct research on user preferences and behavior. Simplify user journeys to enhance accessibility and understanding of information.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Write engaging and informative content. Analyze and improve existing content for clarity and effectiveness.
- Training & Support: Train internal teams on content creation, UX principles, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in User Experience (UX) and written communications.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in SharePoint.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
