The mission of the Director, Digital Experience & E-Commerce at Cozey
We are looking for a visionary, hands‑on, and customer‑obsessed Director of Digital Experience & E-Commerce to lead our online business. Reporting to Frédéric Aubé, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, this role will own the end‑to‑end e‑commerce experience, from strategy and team leadership to UX / UI design and performance optimization.
The Director will be responsible for building a digital journey that elevates our brand, drives conversion, and creates delight across every interaction. They will lead e‑commerce operations and the UX / UI team, while working closely with technology, creative, product, and customer happiness teams to deliver a seamless and inspiring customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the e‑commerce team in building best‑in‑class experiences that highlight product value without relying on discounts or pop‑ups.
- Direct the UX / UI team to improve design, navigation, and overall user journeys across the website and customer portal.
- Translate brand values into digital experiences that balance functionality with emotional resonance.
- Enhance portal usability to reduce support contacts and increase self‑service adoption.
- Collaborate with tech teams to maintain optimal site performance, speed, and reliability.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by scaling A / B and multivariate testing across digital touchpoints.
- Own e‑commerce analytics, combining quantitative data with customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and customer‑centric experiences.
- Support new product and category launches through strong online merchandising and cross‑functional collaboration.
