The role we are offering you :

By joining our team, you will play a key role in selecting top student talent and coordinating simulator demonstrations that showcase our expertise to a variety of stakeholders. Are you ready to :

Take part in the student recruitment process : screening applications, following up with managers and our Campus team

Help improve the overall student experience

Coordinate schedules and logistics for simulator demonstrations for visitors and partners

Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement projects

Our ideal candidate has :

Experience in customer service

Experience in recruitment (an asset)

Ability to interact with managers and various company stakeholders in a clear and professional manner

Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively

Strong organizational skills

High sense of responsibility

Curiosity and enthusiasm to continuously learn and actively contribute to the success of our programs

Bilingual : English and French

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing undergraduate or certificate degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Business or related field with 1 or 2 years completed

Location of the internship is Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

  • All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
