Our client is seeking an Intermediate UX Content Specialist to oversee the creation, maintenance, and removal of content.

Start Date : -01-05

End Date : -09-25

Location - Laval, QC

Work Mode - Hybrid, must work onsite 2 days per week

Oversee the creation, maintenance, and unpublication of content.
Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure content is delivered quickly to diverse audiences and through the most effective channels (e.g., newsletter, etc.).
Co-develop guidelines to ensure a consistent brand voice and tone.
Conduct research to understand the preferences, behaviors, and friction points of target audiences.
Create a simplified journey for users to access information efficiently.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and use of content libraries.
Develop and write engaging, informative, and intuitive content for various platforms.
Participate in testing to ensure content is effective and easy to understand.
Create tools and templates to support employee content creation.
Train contributors, reviewers, and managers, and offer user experience (UX) guidance.
Analyze existing content to identify areas for improvement.
Track and analyze content performance to ensure effectiveness.
