Role Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and building Ampliphi RMS’s presence across LinkedIn, social media platforms, and email channels. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth to execute marketing initiatives, create high-quality content, and ensure our brand and messaging stay consistent as we scale rapidly. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and an understanding of digital marketing best practices. You will help enhance our online visibility, support lead generation efforts, and ensure that our marketing initiatives reflect our strategic goals and brand identity.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal, working in a hybrid work model!
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Manage and grow Ampliphi RMS’s presence on LinkedIn and other key social media platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content aligned with our marketing guidelines and brand voice
- Support outbound and inbound efforts through email marketing campaigns, including content creation, setup, and performance tracking
- Assist with copywriting for posts, newsletters, landing pages, announcements, and other marketing communications
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, impressions, CTR, conversions) to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to plan and execute marketing initiatives and strategic campaigns
- Maintain a consistent, cohesive brand identity across social and email communication
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for product launches, promotions, and events
- Stay informed on trends in SaaS, hospitality tech, and B2B content to continuously improve our digital presence
- Contribute to internal processes and help build scalable workflows that support marketing operations
About You:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and social media best practices
- Skilled in creating clear, professional, and engaging written content
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing tools
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Basic understanding of analytics and how to derive insights from performance data
- Knowledge of SaaS or hospitality technology is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with autonomy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb industry knowledge and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and at least a professional level of French is essential
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
