Schedule
We require a mix of the following shifts, including weekends:
- Days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time
- Evenings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Central Time
- Overnights: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Central Time
You must be available to work any shift, day, and weekend, as we do not accommodate schedule restrictions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Moderate and respond to comments across our clients’ social channels using their brand voice.
- Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
- Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
- Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
- Become a true extension of our clients’ brands—understand their strategy, tone, and audience.
What You Bring to the Table
- High-level proficiency in English and French with strong cultural awareness.
- Excellent written communication skills—spelling, grammar, and clarity—in both languages.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Availability for any shift, day, and weekend.
- Professional experience managing social platforms, especially moderation and engagement.
- Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of major social platforms.
- Curiosity and engagement with the content you’ll moderate—technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, etc.
- Organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
- Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.
- Active Facebook account.

Compensation & Benefits
The hourly salary ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 CAD, or the minimum wage in the applicant’s province if higher.
Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and other options for hourly employees working a minimum of 22 hours per week.
