Schedule

We require a mix of the following shifts, including weekends:

• Days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time
• Evenings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Central Time
• Overnights: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Central Time

You must be available to work any shift, day, and weekend, as we do not accommodate schedule restrictions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Moderate and respond to comments across our clients’ social channels using their brand voice.
• Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
• Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
• Become a true extension of our clients’ brands—understand their strategy, tone, and audience.

What You Bring to the Table

• High-level proficiency in English and French with strong cultural awareness.
• Excellent written communication skills—spelling, grammar, and clarity—in both languages.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Availability for any shift, day, and weekend.
• Professional experience managing social platforms, especially moderation and engagement.
• Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of major social platforms.
• Curiosity and engagement with the content you’ll moderate—technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, etc.
• Organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
• Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.
• Active Facebook account.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly salary ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 CAD, or the minimum wage in the applicant’s province if higher.

Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and other options for hourly employees working a minimum of 22 hours per week.
