Responsibilities

• Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, creating a climate conducive to motivation while facilitating daily activities.
• Prepare and actively participate in Planning (prioritization, breakdown, presentation of commitments).
• Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve industry objectives.
• Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions.
• Consistently and proactively raise and manage project risks and issues.
• Produce reports to monitor project progress and provide status updates, adapting communication to the audience.
• Ensure alignment between Technology Leads and Business teams regarding interdependencies affecting your project.
• Be a transformative agent to promote our values and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Prerequisites

• Relevant experience in team coaching as a Scrum Master in large-scale projects and in large companies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and coaching the Safe executive is a major asset.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ease with Agile and DevSecOps delivery.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow) processes.
• Knowledge of the Safe Framework and SSDLC.
