Job Description
The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Management is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner/operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages, and you will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
Requirements
- Minimum age 21.
- Flexible schedule.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
