  • As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our data-driven decision-making. You’ll use your expertise in Microsoft BI tools and Advanced SQL to build and deliver impactful reports and dashboards that help both internal and external teams make smarter choices. You’ll collaborate closely with business and IT partners, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Whether you're working in Power BI, Excel or writing advanced SQL queries, your work will help shape the way we understand and act on our data.
  • What You’ll Do:
    • Deliver reports, data sets, and dashboards solutions to Medavie’s internal and external partners through proficient use of Advanced SQL and Microsoft BI tools (Microsoft Report Builder, Power BI, Excel, etc.)
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Actuarial, and Underwriting teams to meet reporting needs
    • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations in all deliverables
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
    • Support recurring and scheduled reporting for large clients
  • Who You’ll Work With:
    • Daily collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Actuarial, Underwriting)
    • Monthly reporting to Sales leadership
    • Periodic reporting for large external clients
  • What You Bring:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
    • 2–4 years of experience with BI tools and data reporting
    • Strong skills in Advanced SQL, Excel, DAX, Power Query M, and data visualization
    • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
    • Bilingualism will be considered a great asset
