POSITION :
Manager of IT Infrastructure
PERMANENT :
Full-time, 35 hours / week
HYBRID work :
2-3 days on-site in downtown Montreal
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of management experience that includes overseeing mid-to-large size (10-15 people) teams in infrastructure projects
- Having led large-scale modernization projects, such as cloud migrations, in large organizations
- Outstanding team leadership skills, including effective communication and a proactive approach
- 15+ years of technical experience, including hands-on, in the administration of systems with server admin / data center support (Win / Linux, VMWare, MS Exchange, Active Directory, NTFS file shares, Storage, backup, etc.)
- Experience in IT endpoints management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- PMP or ITIL certification is desirable
- English skills mandatory, French skills are complementary
- No relocation assistance, need to be a locally based candidate
