Director, Product Marketing

Overview

Coveo is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead our Service & Knowledge Team and strengthen our market presence by translating Coveo’s power into clear, differentiating messages for customers, partners, and employees.

In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our market positioning and communication, shaping the future of AI-powered digital experiences and reinforcing our position as a global leader in cloud-based customer experience solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five product marketing experts to build product and solution messaging that differentiates Coveo in the market.
• Head competitive intelligence and comparisons by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving research.
• Build on the product launch and readiness framework, working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Commercial Operations teams.
• Articulate the value of Coveo’s solutions into tangible ROI metrics.
• Deliver Sales, Marketing, and Partner enablement tools to support acquisition and sales conversion.
• Collaborate with the field, partners, and analysts to position our products at a high level and around the specific new value we bring to market.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong speaker and leader who enjoys developing high-quality customer-facing presentations.
• Strong technical product management and marketing competencies, including business and market analysis.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to execute.

Nice to have

• Background in customer service and support industries.
• Experience in enterprise technology companies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, or Sitecore.
