We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Marketing & Communications Officer to join our client’s in-office team.

The Senior Marketing & Communications Officer will play a key role in shaping the organization’s voice and presence. From digital engagement to media relations and fundraising campaigns, this role offers the chance to take ownership of diverse projects, build relationships, and expand your expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Champion the organization’s brand presence across digital, print, and event channels

Lead social media strategy, content creation, and analytics tracking

Oversee website updates, SEO / SEM strategies, and digital campaigns

Draft and edit communications for participants, partners, media, and staff

Manage newsletters, donor engagement, recruitment campaigns, and promotional materials

Collaborate on fundraising and sponsorship initiatives, creating compelling narratives and visuals

Support leadership with presentations, reports, and organizational documents (including the annual report)

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or fundraising (nonprofit experience is an asset)

Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)

Strong knowledge of digital campaigns, social media management, and website administration

Proficiency in tools such as WordPress, Salesforce / Pardot (or equivalent CRM / automation tools), Hootsuite, Canva / Adobe Suite, and SEO / SEM platforms

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with partners and media

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range : $60,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

15 vacation days + 15 sick days annually

Paid time off for all provincial statutory holidays and year-end closure (Dec 25 – Jan 1)
