Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar engineering field
• Minimum 6 years of financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity
• Prior business analysis experience in an application support environment
• Experience with PL / SQL development
• Familiarity with Autosys, Quality Center, Sailpoint, ServiceNow, and Jira
• Strong knowledge of asset setup, corporate actions, tax, domestic settlements, income, or cash processing in the custody domain
• Good written and spoken English

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced degree considered a plus
• Experience in the Custodian Industry
• Prior experience working on Banking applications
• Experience creating requirements documents, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and procedures
• Strong Corporate Actions / Tax knowledge in the US Market
• Overall General IT knowledge

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations requests for assistance and oversee production applications
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
• Perform level 1 and 2 support and complex analysis of reported issues
• Prepare Test strategy, Test scenarios, and test cases for identified defects
• Work with external infrastructure, monitoring, and DBA teams to resolve incidents
• Participate in night support of the application and undertake appropriate actions
• Ensure excellent communication, reporting, and escalation as needed
