In this context, they are looking to add a passionate IT Support Technician, someone who is tech-savvy and customer-focused, ready to thrive in a dynamic, high-interaction environment.
The role is based in Ville Saint-Laurent with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
User Support
- Provide level 1 or 2 technical support to employees across multiple sites
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and tickets in a high-volume environment
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, printers, and office equipment
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 tools, Windows 10 / 11, and internal applications
- Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused support
