About The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Montreal team and help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across two fast-growing businesses in the AI and fintech sectors. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy while remaining hands-on in execution.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven, and creative marketer with a solid understanding of growth channels and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. You’ll work closely with leadership on high-level strategy while also managing day-to-day activities such as campaign execution, reporting, content creation, and digital channel management.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans for SADIE.
- Align marketing efforts with overall business goals to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to open the funnel and drive quality leads.
- Implement tactics to expand our reach and engage the target audience.
- Be able to own our marketing function. This is a role for someone who can own and steer the marketing function in consultation with the business without the need for continuous guidance and direction.
Brand Positioning and Awareness
- Enhance brand visibility through digital, content, and event marketing initiatives.
- Develop compelling messaging that differentiates both brands in their respective markets.
- Establish social media followings and build brand advocacy.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms - HubSpot preferred.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor KPIs to adapt where necessary to ensure marketing strategies are delivered.
- Provide regular reports to leadership with a thorough understanding of performance and areas to improve.
Lead Generation and Performance Marketing
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive conversions.
Content and Communications
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and press releases.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Ensure a seamless and compelling user experience is delivered through optimization of various marketing funnel touchpoints.
- Collaborate with teams to provide inputs in creating high-performance landing pages and collateral.
Partnership and Event Marketing
- Identify strategic partnerships to expand reach and market presence.
- Represent SADIE and ValPay at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Customer and Market Insights
- Analyze customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, AI, or payments.
- Ideally, 2+ years SaaS Software Marketing experience.
- 5+ years Digital Marketing experience, 2+ years of experience in Marketing to an International Audience.
- Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth through marketing.
- Proven experience and knowledge of rapid client acquisition in a go-to-market / new product.
- Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills to drive engagement and conversion.
- Experience with event marketing and industry networking.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget.
- Strong work ethic, organized and focused.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is an asset.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
