Overview

Employee Experience (EX) is the heartbeat of every successful organization. It’s the sum of all the touchpoints and moments that matter between employees and their employers—and it’s the key to unlocking exceptional customer experiences and business performance. At WTW, we’re proud to be a global leader in Employee Experience.

We don’t just deliver solutions—we deliver impact. We start with deep insights into what drives people: what inspires them, what holds them back, and what truly matters. Then we design and implement high-value, high-impact strategies that spark behavior change and drive measurable results.

Our team is a vibrant mix of strategists, storytellers, change agents, culture shapers, digital innovators, and more. We architect transformative solutions to our clients’ most complex challenges. And we do it with purpose, passion, and precision.

Together, we’re all about powering ambitions - of our colleagues, our clients and their people.

The Role

Are you a strategic storyteller and change catalyst ready to shape the future of employee experience? As a Director of Communication & Change Management, you’ll be at the forefront of transformation—partnering with clients, suppliers, and internal experts to craft and deliver compelling communication strategies that drive real business impact.

In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that align employee behavior with organizational goals, using insights and creativity to spark engagement and inspire action. You’ll connect the dots across our Employee Experience (EX) portfolio—leveraging tools like employee listening, behavioral science, change management, and experience design—to build integrated solutions that resonate.

This is more than a consulting role. It’s a chance to influence culture, elevate communication, and guide organizations through meaningful change. If you thrive in dynamic environments, love solving complex challenges, and believe in the power of purposeful communication, we want to hear from you.

The Requirements

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and strategic messaging
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant business experience contributing to sales and implementing creative and pragmatic strategies to align employee priorities with business strategy
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, business, change management, or a related discipline
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Deep understanding of human behaviour and how to influence it through communication and change strategies
  • Experience facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and building consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to diagnose challenges, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver integrated solutions
  • Financial literacy and business acumen to connect communication strategies to bottom-line impact
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and translate them into action
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • A natural ambassador of our values: client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect, and excellence
