The Business Modernization and Financing Solution Department is responsible for designing, implementing, supporting and ensuring the sustainability of business financing solutions. As a business financing integration analyst, you’re part of modernizing the financing granting platform, namely, the Desjardins Group Commercial Loan Origination Solution.

More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Analyze the needs of those involved in operationalizing the solution to capture all required deliverables within the project scope and the broader business financing ecosystem
  • Clarify objectives and support organizational business value
  • Coordinate with design and delivery teams on business process modelling
  • Collaborate and influence the co-creation of the solution with design and delivery teams, as well as with operational team members
  • Work with the team to identify any required processes, procedures or interim or supporting documents that might need to be created internally and shared with relevant contacts
  • Identify prerequisites, dependencies, inputs and outputs to ensure the execution of business and operationalization deliverables
  • Help define the change management strategy and carry out its activities, such as communications and training for parties involved, including the centre of expertise
  • Contribute to developing testing strategies as needed to ensure all needs and requirements are covered for operational team members and beyond
  • Support the transition from project to operations and other relevant contacts, including the centre of expertise
  • Support the business sectors during solution rollout

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience in project management, solution rollout and continuous improvement of service delivery
  • Experience with large-scale project management, transformation, and practices related to solution support, maintenance and development, including ITIL practices
  • Leadership experience in a team environment
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Experience in leading focused business discussions that drive concrete decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (agile, hybrid and waterfall)
  • Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of business financing
