About The Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Montreal to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and rapid revenue growth for Claio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategies of a high-growth business in the AI and healthtech sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
• Design and implement data-driven marketing plans for Claio
• Align marketing efforts with overall business goals to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Develop and execute strategies to open the funnel and drive quality leads
• Implement tactics to expand our reach and engage the target audience

What You Bring

• 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or AI
• Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth through marketing
• Proven experience and knowledge of rapid client acquisition in a go-to-market / new product
• Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and marketing automation tools
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills to drive engagement and conversion
