Overview

The Store Management role at Spirit Halloween oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a Spirit Halloween store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

  • Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Minimum age of 21; must have a flexible schedule.
  • Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Employment Structure

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. Spirit Halloween merchandise is used, but Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you regarding employment by the consignment operator. The application will be routed to the consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
