We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for marketing to join our fantastic team as a Marketing Coordinator.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the chance to work closely with our Marketing Director, assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting research, and implementing strategies to engage both our current and future customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and has excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Developing, designing, and managing compelling e-commerce websites to drive online sales and enhance user experience.
- Creating and improving marketing campaigns, as well as monitoring active marketing programs.
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials.
- Enhancing our brand presence through various social media channels.
- Organizing and coordinating marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Evaluating data and creating reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
- Writing and editing content for different platforms, including social media and our website.
- Contributing to the development of our internal culture through dedication, teamwork, and innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with Spanish being a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of online applications, including Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- A solid understanding of marketing principles and databases, as well as market research techniques.
- A high level of organization with a client-oriented approach and a demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines.
- The ability to write marketing literature to enhance the company's presence in the market.
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
Education and Training
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience using CRM systems, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Product photography and design experience would be a definite asset.
