We are looking for a C# Developer for one of our clients, an investment bank based in Montreal.

Role Summary

The team is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the Bank's applications and systems, providing technical and functional support for activities and development projects across the Corporate and Investment Bank in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understanding client needs and translating them into application functions
• Contributing to development
• Writing high-quality code to program complete applications within expected deadlines
• Analysing and correcting reported anomalies
• Writing technical specifications and maintaining the project documentation database
• A high degree of autonomy and initiative are key
• Designing applications/solutions
• Designing and developing applications

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience using C# .NET and Python
• Experience using SQL and Oracle
• Experience of designing and developing applications and unit tests
• Experience writing technical documentation
• Experience with Incident and Problem management

Language

French : a strong asset

Seniority level
