We are a full-service supplier of fertilizer, pest management products, including biologicals and bees, seeds and other consumable goods to the greenhouse, nursery and specialty horticulture industries in Canada and the USA.

What you’ll do

• Process orders accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service, by answering communications professionally and on a timely basis.
• Act as a liaison between the customer or sales representative and purchasing, operations, and finance. Must take initiative to solve customers’ issues.
• Promote and develop our list of in store items.
• Ensure open communication between all departments.
• Daily review of order status with details report.
• Customer Service is the primary contact for information on samples sent to third party laboratories.
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time in coordination with the shipper / receiver.
• Schedule and notify customers of future product deliveries.
• Deal with all customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Handle / process in-store orders via cash, credit and debit transactions.
• Handle credits per the customer credits procedure.
• stocking of shelves; ensuring adequate quantities of stock are displayed.
• Advise purchasing of any stock shortfalls.
• Coordinate with sales representatives on : customer requests, issues, pricing, shipment timing, complaints, comments, etc.
