Manager, Media Effectiveness role at dentsu

Dentsu Canada is looking to add strong analytics professionals to their evolving team. The ideal candidate would have worked in analytics with experience within media at an agency, corporate, or media vendor environments. Familiarity with digital media concepts for Search, Social, Video and Display is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives
- Lead client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating complex data insights in accessible terms
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance and satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects across different stakeholders
- Analysis & Reporting : Manage the development and maintenance of automated reporting solutions across paid media platforms, website and internal business data
- Ensure development of compelling data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate relevant KPIs
- Connect marketing performance data to relevant site and business actions
- Platform Expertise : Maintain deep knowledge of major paid media platforms, their data structures, and reporting capabilities
- Proficient with popular site analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics) for integrated customer journey analysis
- Stay current with platform updates, new features, and best practices
- Technical Implementation : Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient processing of advertising data
- Implement tracking solutions and ensure proper data collection across paid media and web touchpoints
- Develop custom scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and enhance reporting capabilities
- Configure platform integrations to create unified reporting views across the customer journey

Additional Information
The salary range for this position is $75k-$85k. Actual salary within the range will be based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and / or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
