Position Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist who will lead media buying in-platform for Google Adwords and Meta. Reporting to the Director of Media, the media specialist will work cross-functionally with marketing and lead specialists to drive new patient acquisition across CPP clinics. You’ll own planning and execution of media campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage media buying and campaign execution for 10–15 clinics.
- Own media planning and optimization across Meta and Google Search platforms.
- Monitor and improve account performance to ensure campaigns meet efficiency and volume targets.
- Build reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clinic partners.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of agency or media buying experience with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Expertise in both paid social and paid search with a focus on Google and Meta.
- Understanding of both performance and brand marketing tactics.
