Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the key bridge between commercial teams and technical departments. Your role will involve understanding business needs and translating them into functional requirements for development teams. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Analyze stakeholder needs and identify business requirements.
  • Document existing processes and workflows.
  • Work with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
  • Develop use cases and user scenarios.
  • Validate proposed technical solutions.
  • Manage risks associated with requirements and projects.
  • Participate in project planning and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in enterprise system analysis.
  • Deep understanding of business requirement methodologies (UML, BPMN, etc.).
  • Problem-solving skills and critical analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis and modeling tools (MS Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
