Base pay range: CA$50.00 / hr - CA$55.00 / hr

Overview

Programmer Analyst – Workflow Developer (Intermediate). Contract Position – Hybrid (Canada).

About the Role

Contract Position – Hybrid (Canada).

Key Responsibilities

• Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
• Automation: Develop Python scripts and APIs for advanced automation needs.
• Testing & Delivery: Write automated tests, manage code in GitHub, and follow release processes.
• Maintenance: Support and optimize existing workflows to ensure efficiency and stability.
• Knowledge Transfer: Present deliverables to stakeholders and train other teams on BPMN / Camunda best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience with BPMN / Camunda
• Familiarity with REST APIs and GitHub version control
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs, communicate expectations clearly, and propose technical solutions.
• Soft Skills: Self-driven, organized, able to manage multiple priorities, escalate when needed, and work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
• Languages:
• English (required) – written and verbal communication skills
• French (asset) – additional advantage
