Experiences and Skills You’ll Use to Solve
You’ll develop your consulting skills in a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced M&A team focused on creating and capturing value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture. Projects include growth and turnaround strategies, fully integrated due diligence, organisation design, change management and culture, operational excellence, and creation / review of financial models. You’ll work with inspiring leaders and quickly develop business acumen, core consulting, project management, and coaching skills. You’ll have the opportunity to develop consulting skills in HR, IT, Finance, Strategy, Transaction Management, Corporate Development models and analytics, and Operations within your first 2 years, with opportunities to align to core skills based on interest and business needs. You’ll also gain specialised knowledge and serve clients across Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, Mining and Industrial Products, Technology, Communications, Retail & Consumer, and Private Equity. PwC follows an Activity Based Work model, with work from offices, client sites, or home.

Qualifications
Skills & Education :
- Enrolled in or completed post-secondary education
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
- Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills with an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients
