• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store Content and conduct online research to assess query accuracy and intent, applying market expertise and provided directives to evaluate relevance and purpose.

Qualification Path

No prior professional experience is required; however, applicants must pass basic requirements and a standard assessment process. This is a part-time, long-term project with ongoing quality assurance checks.

Basic Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English
• Residency in Canada for the past year, with familiarity with current and historical Canadian media, business, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs
• An active email address linked to an Apple ID and familiarity with Apple products
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in applications, music, and video, with a keen interest in internet research
• Flexibility to work across various task types, including news, audio, and relevance assessments
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software
• Ability to work independently, adapt to innovative methodologies, with attention to detail and strong communication skills
• High school diploma or higher preferred; exceptional skills and talent are also considered

Assessment

Applicants will complete an open-book qualification exam and ID verification. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided. The exam must be completed within a specified timeframe, at your convenience.
