We are seeking an Instructional Design Intern passionate about learning and instructional innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to content creation that enhances employee learning and development.

Responsibilities

Participate in training needsanalysis to identifylearningpriorities and opportunities

Design effective learning modules in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced

Develop interactive activities and assessments

Support the integration of digital learning solutions, such as LMS platforms and authoringtools

Contribute to the continuousimprovement of existing programs

The roleinvolvesdaily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, adult education, instructional design or game design and development

Strong interest in experientiallearning and innovation

Familiaritywith digital tools, including PowerPoint, Canva, and Articulate, is an asset

Creativity, autonomy, and collaboration skills
