Responsibilities

  • Provide training and coaching to teams on the Scrum methodology.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
  • Remove any obstacles that could impede the team's progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency of progress.
  • Promote agile development concepts within the organization.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues within the team.
  • Ensure proper setup and adherence to roles within the Scrum framework.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ability to train and coach teams using agile methods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in team tracking and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) are a plus.
