Business Development Executive - NetSuite License
GURUS Solutions is North America’s largest NetSuite & Boomi services provider and is expanding to add Mavenlink Implementation services to our portfolio. Our dynamic team of business and technical professionals set the standard for best practices in the implementation, integration and optimization of NetSuite, Boomi & Mavenlink Cloud Products. Role summary
Sales Executives are ambitious go-getters who are passionate about delivering the best solution to clients and guiding them to the next step in strategic growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Build pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic and disciplined business development, with individual effort to achieve territory sales quota. Proactively contact and follow up regularly on leads and target accounts and record activity in the CRM.
- Develop your network by attending marketing and networking events such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, and develop strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Define a sales strategy and execution plan for each opportunity that includes a timeline, technical support needed and implementation milestones. Clearly communicate the plan to the team and monitor progress of each step of the sales cycle.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of NetSuite demonstrations with your assigned Solution Consultant team. Prepare professional and effective sales presentations, proposals and supporting documentation including responses to RFPs.
- Lead the commercial negotiation following Gurus & Oracle pricing guidelines and coordinate contract negotiation with support from the Gurus legal team.
- Maintain and update in real-time the CRM system with accurate information including expected close date, budget, timeline, next steps and other information to forecast revenues accurately and support the operations team.
- Act as a liaison for prospects and Gurus Solutions’ customers in your assigned territory, guiding opportunity information to our NetSuite Consultants & Developers on the project.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in French & English; this position focuses on the Quebec territory.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or as a Sales Executive.
- University degree in business administration, management, engineering, technology, accounting or other relevant discipline.
- Problem-solver with a keen sense for customer experience and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization; strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening and negotiating abilities.
- Strong initiative, resourcefulness and time management skills.
- Ability to absorb and understand the complexity of each client while working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to build a network with other associations to connect as many potential prospects and identify suitable companies.
- Bonuses: Knowledge of ERP (NetSuite is a plus); knowledge of manufacturing or distribution industries; strong business acumen to understand client requirements and propose technology solutions.
