About the Role

We're seeking a Head of Product Engineering to drive our expansion across key audio markets. Reporting to the CEO, you'll define product roadmaps for professional communications systems, music production tools, gaming audio, and consumer devices—translating breakthrough audio AI into market-ready solutions that solve real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define roadmaps targeting professional audio workflows, live communications, gaming experiences, and consumer device integration.
• Platform Architecture: Design ML orchestration systems and cloud infrastructure supporting our library of 50+ audio transformations.
• Customer Advocacy: Champion customer needs from drive-thru operators to music producers to game developers.
• Business Development: Support sales activities with technical demos and solution architecture for professional audio, gaming, and communications clients.
• Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams delivering edge-optimized audio AI across diverse hardware platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong background in machine learning for audio processing and DSP.
• Experience with embedded software and real-time audio systems.
• Track record defining technical roadmaps for audio/communications products.
• Hands-on experience with ML orchestration and cloud deployment.
• Customer-facing experience in professional audio, gaming, or communications markets.
• Leadership experience with engineering teams.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of professional audio workflows (DAWs, live sound, broadcast).
• Experience with gaming audio pipelines and consumer electronics.
• Background in communications systems and voice processing.
• Previous customer-facing technical roles in audio technology.
