Responsibilities

As a UX designer, you will define and enrich the user experience for members and clients across various virtual platforms. Your responsibilities include :

  • Identifying opportunities to improve member and client experiences, defining business objectives, and validating user needs.
  • Designing user journeys and experiences based on research and analysis.
  • Creating mock-ups, user personas, functional specifications, and information architecture.
  • Testing solutions to understand digital behaviors and improve platform performance.
  • Monitoring trends and recommending improvements in digital and user-focused design.
  • Collaborating with UI, product management, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience (other qualifications may be considered)
  • Proficiency in French
