Responsibilities
As a UX designer, you will define and enrich the user experience for members and clients across various virtual platforms. Your responsibilities include :
- Identifying opportunities to improve member and client experiences, defining business objectives, and validating user needs.
- Designing user journeys and experiences based on research and analysis.
- Creating mock-ups, user personas, functional specifications, and information architecture.
- Testing solutions to understand digital behaviors and improve platform performance.
- Monitoring trends and recommending improvements in digital and user-focused design.
- Collaborating with UI, product management, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience (other qualifications may be considered)
- Proficiency in French
