Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and integrate SharePoint solutions, including workflows, web parts, and applications.
- Manage and administer SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement Power Apps solutions to automate business processes.
- Create and manage Power Automate workflows for process automation.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and metadata.
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Apps-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and governance policies.
- Optimize SharePoint and Power Apps performance, including patching, upgrades, and migrations.
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint administration, architecture, and security.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including app development, customization, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Power Automate for business process automation.
- Experience working with SQL Server, SharePoint Content Database, and data management.
- Ability to develop and maintain custom workflows and business process automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SharePoint migration projects.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Graph API, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business integration.
- Certification in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure is a plus.
