Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Systems Developer with strong experience in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration as well as Power Apps customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions while leveraging Power Apps to automate and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and integrate SharePoint solutions, including workflows, web parts, and applications.
  • Manage and administer SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
  • Design and implement Power Apps solutions to automate business processes.
  • Create and manage Power Automate workflows for process automation.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and metadata.
  • Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Apps-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and governance policies.
  • Optimize SharePoint and Power Apps performance, including patching, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint administration, architecture, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including app development, customization, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate for business process automation.
  • Experience working with SQL Server, SharePoint Content Database, and data management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain custom workflows and business process automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory integration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SharePoint migration projects.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Graph API, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business integration.
  • Certification in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure is a plus.
