Join the analytics team within our technology division as a Business Intelligence Analyst. This role supports strategic decision-making through developing dashboards and analyses based on key performance indicators.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions with reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to convert ambiguous problems into structured analytical solutions.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending operational optimizations.
- Designing machine learning models (regression, clustering, time series forecasting) to support pricing, segmentation, and campaign strategies.
- Developing Power BI visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Conducting A/B tests and scenario simulations for strategy evaluation.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytical products in collaboration with team members.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and scenario simulations.
- Knowledge of pricing and campaign optimization strategies.
Note: The role requires support to clients outside Quebec and the US, requiring proficiency in spoken and written English. The number of English-required positions is limited.
