The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Information and Reporting team in Montreal.

Recognized as one of Montreal’s Top Employers, our Montreal office has over 300 colleagues from 50 countries, delivering top-tier solutions worldwide. As part of our team, you will:

  • Lead report deliveries related to business revenues, budgets, forecasts, performance metrics, campaigns, sales activities, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses;
  • Collaborate with business units and finance teams to provide accurate financial information for reporting;
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards;
  • Create methodologies to enhance data insights;
  • Monitor internal controls and escalate issues to senior management;
  • Lead new project implementations;
  • Maintain governance policies and promote continuous improvement;
  • Lead, train, and mentor analysts.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years of management reporting experience in a global, multi-currency environment. An internationally recognized accounting designation and management experience are assets;
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to interpret complex data trends;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and active listening skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and VBA Macro.
