Arobas Personnel is looking for a Scrum Master for a contract opportunity with one of our clients based in Montréal.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure successful project delivery.
Guide the team in applying Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices to meet customer needs.
Help the team maximize self-organization and improve performance at a sustainable pace.
Foster a safe and trusting environment where issues can be raised without fear, focusing on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Support the team in removing roadblocks and ensuring progress.
Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
Monitor and report on the team’s progress.
Coach and support the team to achieve their goals.
Must be available on-site according to company policy (currently 3 days / week).

First-level Scrum Master Certification.
At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement skills.
Knowledge of SAFe framework.
Hands-on knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices (e.g., burndown charts, retrospectives, bug handling).
Strong focus on sprint and feature delivery.
Excellent ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
Autonomous, self-motivated, and able to lead and inspire teams.
Bilingual (French & English) required for Montréal; not mandatory in Toronto.
Experience leading web and mobile development teams.

Project management knowledge.
Familiarity with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration / Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Kanban.
Positive, driven, and collaborative mindset.
