What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

• Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions, presenting insights via reports, dashboards, charts, and graphs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical solutions
• Identify and recommend process improvements based on operational analysis
• Build machine learning models to support pricing, segmentation, and campaign optimization
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical audiences

What is Required (Qualifications) :

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Experience conducting A/B testing and scenario simulations
• Familiarity with pricing and campaign optimization strategies
