We are seeking a talented IT Solutions Architect to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to take on a technical leadership role that bridges architecture, cybersecurity, project management, and customer experience.

Your Mission

As an IT Solutions Architect, you will:

  • Play a technical leadership role across the full project life cycle – from needs analysis and solution design to implementation and launch.
  • Design hybrid architectures with a “cloud-first” vision, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, availability, and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide delivery teams, providing expertise to help them understand architectural and technology options aligned with business needs.
  • Define and manage the company cloud adoption strategy, governance, and migration/modernization plans.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting agile practices and supporting DevOps adoption.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the company technology innovation efforts.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years in IT, including 3–5 years in solution/project architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Solid understanding of networking, web applications, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with system integration, supplier products, and hybrid environments.
  • A collaborative, energetic, and results-oriented team player.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) required.
