Digital Delivery Lead – Commercial Products

Exciting opportunity in the mining industry for a strategic, tech-savvy analyst with 5–8 years of experience in S&OP and a solid background in supply chain, demand planning, and digital transformation. This hybrid role (3 days in office) involves product leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on collaboration across global teams. The role has recently been adjusted to include a logistics and customer service component, in addition to customer engagement.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to optimize digital platforms and business applications.
  • Use systems resources and data analysis to support management’s pursuit of performance improvements.
  • Review and assess methods, schedules, systems, and procedures to recommend strategic enhancements.
  • Identify and propose business solutions aligned with enterprise strategies.
  • Present alternative solutions to senior leadership based on organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with customers, digital leadership, and multiple delivery squads to set digital product direction.
  • Own and manage product development initiatives with internal teams or third-party vendors.
  • Monitor delivery progress across scope, budget, timelines, risks, and capacity.
  • Serve as the key digital contact for business unit stakeholders, understanding their priorities and functional needs.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder engagement to discuss current projects and future initiatives.
  • Work with IT and engineering teams to guide technical designs, including cybersecurity, data architecture, and systems integration.
  • Act as a delivery lead, ensuring coordination with internal stakeholders and the product manager based in Singapore.
  • Participate in initiatives that may involve external stakeholders, particularly in the development of a Platform as a Service (PaaS).

What you will need to succeed :

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) within manufacturing, oil & gas, or mining and metals industries.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand planning, sales forecasting, and production planning.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in business process optimization and digital tools.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required to communicate effectively with both anglophone and francophone stakeholders (digital leadership, business units, technical teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Palantir Foundry is highly desirable, especially for logistics, metal management, and customer service areas.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) is considered an asset – quick to learn.
  • SAP knowledge is considered an asset.
