As an eCommerce Product Owner within the Digital team, reporting to the eCommerce Team Lead, you will be responsible for key eCommerce products across our clients' brand websites. Your role will involve identifying business needs and providing strategic direction for the design, development, and continuous optimization of digital experiences.

You are passionate about eCommerce, with a strong focus on qualified traffic acquisition, UX / UI, conversion rate optimization, and delivering seamless end-to-end customer experiences. You are driven by the desire to enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value
• Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Manage the product backlog and oversee the full product development lifecycle
• Leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making
• Conduct A/B testing, user testing, and continuous iteration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand customer behaviors and unmet needs to uncover innovation opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of ownership and autonomy
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex digital projects
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce product management
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); French is an asset
• Experience with Magento 2 EE and Akeneo PIM is considered an asset
