Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate community engagement activities with a focus on senior programming and outreach.
Develop culturally appropriate, enriching programs that address the social, recreational, and wellness needs of older adults in the Jewish community.
Build partnerships with local organizations, community leaders, and volunteers to enhance programming and participation.
Monitor engagement, collect feedback, and report on program outcomes to improve services.
Support organizational events and advocacy efforts across the province when needed.

At least 2 years of experience in community programming or outreach, preferably involving seniors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French (bilingualism required).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of Jewish culture, traditions, and community dynamics in Quebec is a strong asset.
