Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is an independent renewable energy producer with assets across Canada, the United States, France, and Chile. The company develops, acquires, owns, and operates hydroelectric, wind, solar, and energy storage facilities.

Your contribution:

The candidate will prepare consolidated financial information and reports, manage complex subjects, and suggest improvements. The role requires an analytical mindset, critical thinking, and progress towards CPA designation.

Your day-to-day:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Contribute to the consolidation process across multiple entities and currencies.
• Perform analyses and reconciliations for financial statement items.
• Draft notes for financial statements.
• Support special projects and team members.

Your skills and requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA candidate or designation.
• Experience in a large accounting firm or public company.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP (asset).
• Experience with multiple currencies (asset).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with OneStream or Workiva (assets).
• Bilingual in French and English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Additional considerations: Located in Longueuil, Quebec. Position level: P2.
